目的:探讨运动对高血压大鼠肾小球胶原含量变化的影响。方法:自发性高血压大鼠随机分为实验组和对照组,10周后检测体重、血压,应用生物显微图像分析系统检测肾小球胶原含量的变化。结果:实验组与运动前相比血压降低了6.2%,对照组10周后血压升高了7.9%,实验组血压非常显著低于对照组(P<0.01);SHR实验组体重显著低于对照组体重(P<0.05);实验组肾小球胶原球密度显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:自发性高血压大鼠早期已出现肾小球形态变化,细胞外基质增加显著,肾小球胶原累积可能是肾小球硬化的早期改变;长期规律适量的运动对自发性高血压大鼠体重、血压的升高及肾小球的增加有一定的缓解作用。 |

Abstract: |
Objective:To explore the effects of exercise on the concentration of glomerulus collagen in hypertensive rat kidneys. Method: Spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR) were divided into subject group and control group. The microscope graphic analysis system was used to test and track the changes of concentration of glomerulus collagen. In addition, the body weight and blood pressure were also measured. Result: Blood pressure of the subject group in 10 weeks reduced by 6.2% while that of the control group increased by 7.9%. Compared with the control group, the blood pressure of the subject group was dramatically lower(P<0.01) and body weight was also considerably reduced(P<0.05). In addition, both the glomerulus collagen area and concentration reduced greatly(P<0.01). Conclusion: SHR has formative Glomerulus changes with marked increase of extracellular matrix(ECM). The accumulation of glomerulus collagen may be due to initial changes of glomerulus leading to glomerulosclerosis. There are indications that sustained regular and moderate exercise can alleviate the increase of body weight, blood pressure and glomerulus ECM. |
