摘要:
      目的:观察针刺对窒息脑瘫幼鼠的治疗作用并探讨其神经生化机制。方法:7日龄新生大鼠随机分为针刺组、模型组、假手术对照组。结扎左侧颈总动脉并入8%O2及92%N2的缺氧箱建立窒息性脑瘫模型。针刺组于造模后24h开始治疗。通过前肢触觉刺激试验动态观察动物运动功能变化;21d时处死观察脑大体变化,采用SABC法观察脑组织胶质纤维酸性蛋白的表达情况。结果:缺血缺氧后7d,模型组、针刺组大鼠前肢功能明显下降,至21d时,两组前肢功能均显著改善,针刺组近正常,但模型组仍差于对照组。造模后21d,各组胶质纤维酸性蛋白表达差异存在显著性意义,模型组出现胶质纤维酸性蛋白巨大的阳性细胞增生灶,针刺组明显减少(P<0.01)。结论:针刺早期介入治疗幼鼠脑瘫可改善其前肢功能,减轻脑萎缩。可能与针刺抑制了脑损伤后胶质细胞的反应性增生有关。

Effects of acupunture on GFAP expression in asphyxial cerebral paralysis rats    Download Fulltext

Abstract:
      Objective: TO observe effects of acupuncture on hypoxia-ischemia cerebral palsy rats, and to study its underlying neurobiochemical mechanism.Method:Neonatal SD rats,7d old,were randomized into acupuncture group(acupuncture was given 24h after operation),model group and control group. Cerebral palsy model was established by occlusion of the left common carotid artery and inhalation of 8% oxygen plus 92% nitrogen.The forepaw-touching test(adhesive plaster tearing-off test) were measured and the expression of glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP) in the brain was assayed with immunohistochemical method.Result:The duration values for tearing off adhesive-plaster on 7d, 14d and 21d of acupuncture were markedly shorter than that of the model group(P<0.05),suggesting functional improvement of the rats' forelimbs. Twenty-one days after operation, the number of GFAP immunoreaction(IR) strongly-positive neurons in the cerebral cortex, straiate body and hippocampus were the biggest in the model group, smaller in the acupuncture group and only very weakly IR-positive neurons were found in the control group. Conclusion: Acupuncture therapy may be used to treat cerebral palsy at the early stage.Acupuncture can reduce the astrocytic activation, which may contribute to the effect of acupuncture in improving the cerebral palsy.
