摘要:
      目的:研究丰富康复训练能否促进大鼠脑缺血再灌注后行为功能表现的改善.方法:雄性Wistar大鼠77只,体重160-200g,随机分为缺血丰富训练组(Ischemia+Enriched,IE组,n=36),缺血对照组(Ischemia+Standard,IS组,n=8),假手术丰富训练组(Sham+Enriched,SE组,n=21)和假手术对照组(Sham+Standard,SS组,n=12),使用线栓模型造成右侧大脑中动脉阻断(MCAO)并再灌注,丰富训练组自术后2d至28d群居于丰富环境笼并按步骤给予跑笼、转棒及杂技训练,记录杂技时间,对照组则独居标准环境笼,不予任何训练.再灌注1d、7d、14d、21d和28d分别进行各项行为功能测试.结果:杂技运动时间日益缩短,14d以前IE组显著性劣于SE组(P<0.05),14d以后无显著性差异;训练前,缺血组间和假手术组间Bederson神经功能评分和感觉运动评分无显著性差异(P>0.05),缺血组则显著性劣于假手术对照组(P<0.05),训练后,28d时Bederson评分IE组显著性优于IS组(P<0.05),感觉运动评分中仅21d时斜笼测试IE组显著性优于IS组(P<0.05);肢体放置测试和足失误测试中IE组与IS组间始终无显著性差异(P>0.05),但IE组恢复趋势优于IS组,缺血组仍显著性劣于假手术对照组(P<0.05).结论:丰富康复训练可促进脑缺血大鼠行为功能表现的改善.

Abstract:
      Objective: To study the effects of enriched rehabilitative training on the functional recovery.Method:Seventy-seven male Wistar rats with average body weight of 160-200g were randomly divided into a Ischemia+Enriched group(IE,n=36),a Ischemia+Standard group(IS, n=8), a Sham+Enriched group(SE, n=21)and a Sham+Standard group(SS,n=12).The model of the middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) in rats was performed with the suture occlusion for two hours. The enriched groups lived together in the enriched-environment cages and were given running wheel, rota-rod and acrobatic training from 2d to 28d. The standard groups lived alone without any training. Some behavioral function tests were used to observe the functional recovery among groups at 1d, 7d,14d, 21d and 28d after ischemia reperfusion respectively. Result: The acrobatic performance time reduced gradually.IE's performance was significantly worse than SE's(P<0.05)before 14d, but no difference after 14d. Bederson evaluation in IE was better than IS till 28d(P<0.05). Only tilted-cage-top test in global neurological scores had significant difference between IE and IS at 21d. There was no significant difference between IE and IS in limb-placement test and footfault test(P>0.05), though IE was still better.Conclusion:The enriched rehabilitative training can improve functional behavioral outcome after ischemic brain injury.
