摘要:
      目的:探讨关节松解术结合短期屈曲位固定与早期康复训练治疗膝关节伸直位僵硬的效果。方法: 对21例膝关节伸直位僵硬的患者实施关节松解术,术后将膝关节屈曲位固定72h,同时积极进行早期康复治疗,观察功能恢复情况。结果: 21例患者术前膝关节屈曲度10°—55°,平均36°。术后随访5—21个月(平均11.8个月),膝关节屈曲度100°—140°,平均123°,与手术前相比增加87°(P<0.01)。结论:关节松解术结合短期屈曲位固定以及早期康复训练治疗膝关节伸直位僵硬可以获得良好的功能恢复,明显改善生存质量。

Abstract:
      Objective:To evaluate the effects of articular release combined with short-term flexion immobilization post-operation and early rehabilitation training in the treatment of extension-contracture ankylosis of knee. Method: Manipulation under general anesthesia, arthroscopic release and opened surgical release were used to mobilize the knees in 21 cases with extension-contracture ankylosis of knee. All patients′ knees were immobilized in flexion for 72h after operation under patient controlled analgesia (PCA) and underwent early and active rehabilitation training.Result:The mean follow-up time was 11.8 months (range 5—21 months). Range of flexion improved from 36°(10°—55°) pre-operation to 123°(100°—140°) after treatment and there was an increase of 87° in flexion(P<0.01). Conclusion:The articular release combined with short-term flexion immobilization and early rehabilitation training could significantly improve the range of motion and quality of life in the treatment of extension-contracture ankylosis of knee.
