摘要:
      目的:观察静磁场、游泳运动对SD大鼠膝骨关节炎软骨的防治效果。方法:选用健康雄性SD大鼠40只,建立左后肢膝关节OA模型,并随机分为对照组(A组)、OA模型组(B组)、静磁场疗法组(C组)、游泳运动疗法组(D组)与综合治疗组(E组)。治疗4周后,取股骨内侧髁软骨与软骨下骨作为标本。比较各组软骨的阿尔新蓝染色结果、软骨大体变化、Mankin′s分级及IL-1β、磷酸化p38MAPK的免疫组化染色积分光密度(IOD)值。结果: 软骨阿尔新蓝着色状况,A组蓝染鲜明;B组呈不均匀淡蓝色;C组不均匀但较明显蓝染;D组略不均匀较鲜亮蓝染;E组着色接近正常。软骨大体评分平均秩值A、B、C、D、E组分别是7.56、30.19、25.63、21.38、17.75(P<0.05);Mankin评分平均秩值A、B、C、D、E组依次是14.94、103.25、82.44、60.17、41.71(P<0.05)。软骨IL-1β IOD值A、B、C、D、E组分别是5.43±1.63、65.32±36.42、49.77±16.90、28.54±7.44、16.26±3.98(P<0.05);磷酸化p38 IOD值A、B、C、D、E组依次是0.39±0.31、26.44±5.52、17.60±2.52、9.54±1.57、5.71±1.41(P<0.05)。各组间软骨组织阿尔新蓝着色的程度与均匀性及软骨大体评分秩值、Mankin评分值及软骨IL-1β、磷酸化p38MAPK IOD值均存在着明显差别(P<0.05)。结论:静磁场疗法、游泳运动疗法及综合治疗可不同程度减轻和/或延缓骨关节炎软骨的损害。

Abstract:
      Objective: To observe the prevention and treatment effect of static magnetic field and swimming exercises on articular cartilage of knee osteoarthritis in SD rats. Method: Forty male healthy SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: control group, osteoarthritic model group, static magnetic field therapy group, swimming exercises therapy group, and combined therapy group. and the knee joints of left hind limbs were chosen to act as osteoarthritis. After treated for 4 weeks, the rats were sacrificed and the cartilages at condylus medial femur were cut off as samples. Alcian blue staining, the cartilage general changes, Mankin′s grade, immunohistochemical integral optical density (IOD) of IL-1β and phosphorylation p38MAPK in cartilage of all groups were compared. Result: There were significant differences among all groups on the degree and uniformity of alcian blue staining, the scores of general grade and Mankin′s grade, and the scores of immunohistochemical IOD of IL-1β and phosphorylation p38MAPK in cartilage (P<0.05). Conclusion: Static magnetic field therapy,swimming exercises therapy and combined therapy all can lessen and/or delay the lesion of osteoarthritic cartilage in different degree.
