摘要：

      摘要 目的：比较蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)中文版与简易精神状态检查（MMSE）评定阿尔茨海默病（AD）患者及正常人的结果，并分析MoCA中文版的特征。 方法：以王炜等的中文版为蓝本，对2组对象进行测试。病例组(56例)：男30例，女26例，年龄(56.3±12.2)岁。对照组(78例)：男36例，女42例，年龄(46.8±14.5)岁。分别用MoCA和MMSE评定2组对象。将MoCA结果与MMSE结果作相关性检验及项目内容比较。 结果： MoCA和MMSE评定结果总分高度相关(r＝0.898，P<0.001)。两者所需时间大致相当。 结论：MoCA中文版可以用于AD患者的认知评定。

Abstract:

      Abstract Objective: To assess the cognitive function of subjects with or without Alzheimer′s disease(AD) with Chinese version of Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA) and mini-mental state examination(MMSE) and to analyze the characteristic of Chinese version of MoCA． Method: Chinese version of MoCA was translated by Wang Wei． Fifty-six patients with AD were selected as patient group, and seventy-eight subjects without neurological disorders participated as control group．All the subjects were assessed with MoCA and MMSE and the results were analyzed． Result: There was high correlation between the scores of MoCA and MMSE (r＝0.898，P<0.001). To perform the assessment of Chinese version of MoCA needed to take the same time as that of MMSE． Conclusion: Chinese version of MoCA could be used as a tool in clinical study of cognitive function for AD.
