广州市越秀区农林街社区老年人健康状况及影响因素调查分析

摘要：

      摘要 目的： 了解广州市越秀区农林街老年人健康状况及影响因素。 方法： 运用系统抽样的方法，随机抽取8个居委会，每个居委会再根据门牌号随机抽取100户，共抽取800户。由调查员以问卷方式进行调查。 结果： 所调查农林街居民区老年人2周患病率为51.39%，慢性病患病率为51.22%，自评健康状况差的占9.80%，12.70%的老年人多数或完全需要药物或医疗帮助；是否患有慢性病、依靠药物或医疗帮助情况、自感心理状况、家庭关系是影响老年人自评健康的主要因素。 结论： 社区卫生服务需重视老年人的身心保健，加强老年人慢性病的防治和康复工作，开展社区康复，家庭成员应多给予精神支持。

Abstract:

      Abstract Objective: To assess the state of health of the elderly residents and investigate its impact factors in urban communities of Guangzhou. Method: Systematic sampling method with questionnaire was chosen, and 800 families were sampled. Result: The two-week incidence of sickness of the elderly residents was 51.39% and the incidence of chronic diseases was 51.22%; 12.70% of the elderly residents mostly or absolutely required medication and health service; 9.80% of the elderly residents self-reported that they were in bad health state. The main factors influencing the health states included chronic diseases, demands for medication and health service,mental health as well as,family support. Conclusion: In community health service management on physical and mental health of the elderly should be paid more attention. Both efficient control of chronic diseases and psychological support from family members are important.
