摘要.
目的:为老年人以及下肢功能障碍的残疾人提供一种合适的代步工具。
方法:提出了一种可躺可立式电动轮椅结构设计的方案,分析其工作原理,并建立了数学模型。根据人机工程学中的人体结构测量数据及轮椅结构几何关系,设计了轮椅关键部位的尺寸参数。运用Solidworks 2010对轮椅结构进行了运动学仿真。
结果:获得运动过程中关键部件的角度曲线以及各铰链点的位移曲线。
结论:该结构设计合理,方案可行。 |

Abstract
Objective: To provide a suitable means of transport for the elderly and people with disabilities of lower extremity dysfunction.
Method:This paper provided a design of a stand-able and lie-able electric wheelchair, and the working principle was analyzed and its mathematical model was established. The size parameters of wheelchair’s key parts were decided with the ergonomical measurement data of human body and the geometric relationships of wheelchair’s structure. The kinematics simulation of wheelchair's structure was carried out with Solidworks 2010.
Result: The angle curve of the key components and the displacement curve of each hinge point in the course of campaign was obtained.
Conclusion: The rationality and feasibility of the structural design were verified. |
