体外冲击波与超声波治疗肱骨外上髁炎的疗效对比研究

摘要：

      摘要 目的：比较体外冲击波（ESW）与超声波（US）治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床治疗效果。 方法：选择60例肱骨外上髁炎患者进行本临床研究，随机分为ESW治疗组30例和US治疗组30例；分别进行ESW治疗与US治疗，观察其临床治疗效果。 结果：ESW组有效率（96.67%）明显高于US组（76.67%）（P＜0.05）；ESW组治疗后视觉模拟评分（VAS）较US组明显降低（P＜0.01），ESW组治疗前后VAS评分差值（改善程度）较US组明显增大（P＜0.01）；ESW组治疗后ADL评分较US组明显增高（P＜0.01），ESW组治疗前后日常生活活动（ADL）评分差值（改善程度）较US组明显增大（P＜0.01）。 结论：ESW治疗肱骨外上髁炎较US治疗肱骨外上髁炎的疗效好。

Abstract:

      Abstract Objective: To compare the clinical treatment effect of extracorporeal shock wave（ESW） with ultrasound（US） on humerus external epicondylitis. Method: Sixty patients with humerus external epicondylitis participated in this study, and were randomly selected into ESW group and US group (30 subjects in each group).The two groups then received ESW treatment or US treatment respectively.The clinical treatment effects were observed. Result: The effective rate of ESW group was (96.67%) which was significantly higher than that of US group (76.67%) (P＜0.05); After-treatment visual analogue scale（VAS） score of ESW group was obviously lower than that of US group (P＜0.01); The gap between VAS score of prior treatment and post-treatment of ESW group increased obviously than that of US group (P＜0.01); After-treatment activities of daily living（ADL） score of ESW group was obviously higher than that of US group (P＜0.01); The gap between ADL score of prior treatment and post-treatment of ESW group increased obviously than that of US group (P＜0.01). Conclusion:The treatment effect of ESW on humerus external epicondylitis was obviously better than that of US.
