      摘要 目的:对经皮穴位电刺激的临床疗效进行验证。 方法:43例患者随机分成对照组和经皮穴位电刺激(TEAS)组,所有患者均接受规范化康复治疗,分别于治疗前、治疗后第4周对患者的上肢和手功能进行Fugl-Meyer(FMA),Wolf运动功能测试(WMFT),改良Ashworth(MAS),手运动功能状态评分,改良Barthel指数(MBI)的评定。 结果:两组治疗后的FMA、WMFT值均较治疗前有明显改善提高(P<0.05)。治疗后TEAS组FMA、WMFT值比对照组高(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的MAS评分、手运动功能状态评分、MBI值均较治疗前有明显提高(P<0.05)。治疗后两组MAS评分、手功能状态评分之间差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。TEAS组的MBI值比对照组高(P<0.05)。 结论:经皮穴位电刺激能改善脑卒中后上肢及手功能。

Abstract:
      Abstract Objective:To observe the effects of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation(TEAS) in stroke survivors with upper dysfunction. Method:Forty-three stroke survivors were divided into an experimental group and a control group. Both two groups received basic physical therapy. Experimental group were treated with transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation in addition. The two groups were evaluated before treatment and at the end of the 4th week by using Fugl-Meyer motor assessment(FMA),Wolf motor function test(WMFT),modified Ashworth scale(MAS), motor status scale and modified Barthel index(MBI). Result:After 4 weeks treatment, the scores of FMA,WMFT,MAS,motor status scale and MBI of two groups all had significantly improvement compared with before treatment(P<0.05). FMA,WMFT and MBI scores of experimental group were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05), But the scores of MAS and motor status scale showed no difference between two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: Transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation can increase the exercise ability of upper extremities for stroke survivors.
