三种体力活动量表在2型糖尿病患者中应用的信效度检验

摘要：

      摘要 目的：检验国际体力活动长问卷（international physical activity questionnaire-long， IPAQ-L）、国际体力活动短问卷（international physical activity questionnaire-short, IPAQ-S）以及全球全面体力活动问卷（global physical activity questionnaire, GPAQ）在评估2型糖尿病患者体力活动时的信效度。 方法：方便抽取92例2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者，由同一名评定者采用三种量表对患者进行两次评定，间隔为3天，评价重测信度。再另外选取30例自愿受试的2型糖尿病患者，以计步器作为标准计算效标效度，采用Spearman相关系数检验量表效标效度以及同时效度。 结果：IPAQ-L、IPAQ-S以及GPAQ的重测信度很好，除GPAQ的休闲娱乐维度ICC为0.848外，IPAQ-L以及IPAQ-S各维度、各强度体力活动的ICC均大于0.900。同时效度除步行维度外其余维度在0.3—0.8，三量表各维度一周体力活动时间与计步器一周总计数的相关系数范围为0.417—0.440（P＜0.05）。 结论：IPAQ-L和IPAQ-S信效度要优于GPAQ，但三种量表的相关系数均在可接受范围内，医务人员可根据临床需要选择合适的量表来评估2型糖尿病患者的体力活动水平。

Abstract:

      Abstract Objective: To assess the reliability and validity of international physical activity questionnaire-long (IPAQ-L), international physical activity questionnaire-short (IPAQ-S), and global physical activity questionnaire（GPAQ） about the physical activity in type 2 diabetes. Method: Ninety-two diabetes patients were sampled from metabolic disease hospital. The patients were assessed by one evaluator using three questionnaires 2 times, with 3 days interval to evaluate retest reliability. Use Spearman correlation coefficients to analyze criterion validity and concurrent validity by recording pedometer counts. Result: IPAQ-L, IPAQ-S and GPAQ have good reliability and validity. The ICC of GPAQ leisure domain is 0.848 while the ICC of every dimension in IPAQ-L and IPAQ-S are greater than 0.900. The concurrent validity coefficients of physical activity sub-component for IPAQ-L, IPAQ-S and GPAQ ranged from 0.3 to 0.8 except walking domain. In addition, the correlation coefficient of each dimension of the 3 questionnaire ranged from 0.417 and 0.447 compared with one week total counts of pedometer. Conclusion: IPAQ-L and IPAQ-S have better reliability and validity than those of GPAQ, but all coefficient correlation of the questionnaires can be accepted. Medical workers may choose any suitable questionnaire to assess the physical activity in type 2 diabetes patients according to the clinical needs.
