      摘要 目的:探讨两种不同全身振动方式对女性膝骨性关节炎患者本体感觉与运动功能的影响。 方法:选择2014年6月—2016年6月,于四川省西南医科大学附属医院康复医学科门诊与住院治疗的早中期女性膝骨性关节炎患者128例,将其随机分为对照组和试验组,每组64例。对照组采用恒定的振动参数,试验组采用变化的振动参数。主要结局指标:采用主动关节位置觉测量法评估膝关节本体感觉功能,次要结局指标:使用WOMAC骨性关节炎评分量表评估运动功能的变化。 结果:分析采用意向性治疗分析,SPSS 23.0数据分析软件进行重复测量方差分析。结果显示两组患者主动30°与60°位置觉评分、WOMAC评分在基线水平差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。两组患者干预4周与随访3个月后,在主动30°与60°位置觉评分,WOMAC评分较基线水平明显降低(P<0.05)。试验组与对照组对比,在干预后与随访3个月后主动30°与60°位置重置评分及WOMAC功能评分差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),WOMAC疼痛与僵硬评分差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。 结论:振动参数变化的全身振动疗法较恒定参数的振动疗法更能提高女性膝骨性关节炎患者本体感觉及运动功能。

      Abstract Objective: To explore the effect of two different types of whole body vibration therapy on proprioception and motor function with female knee osteoarthritis people. Method: One hundred and twenty-eight females with mild-moderate knee osteoarthritis in the rehabilitation medicine department of the affiliated hospital southwest medical university were enrolled from June 2014 to June 2016. People were randomized in two groups (each group has 64 cases). The treatment group received vibration therapy with changed vibration parameters, and the control group received vibration therapy with a constant parameters. The primary outcome measure was the active position reset score, secondary outcome measures was the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC). Result: Intention-to-treat analysis was used in this study, and repetitive measure analysis of variance was conducted by SPSS 23.0 data analysis software. In baseline, there were no statistically significant difference in 30 and 60 position scores and WOMAC score between two groups (P>0.05). After 4 weeks of interventions and 3 months followed up, active 30 and 60 location scores and WOMAC score reduced from baseline in both groups (P<0.05). After the intervention and 3 months follow-up, active 30 and 60 reset score position and WOMAC function score were significant reduced in intervention group by comparing with controlled group (P<0.05), and there was no statistically significant difference in WOMAC pain and stiffness score (P>0.05). Conclusion: Whole body vibration with changed vibration parameters has better treatment effects than constant vibration parameters on proprioception function and motor function improvement in female knee osteoarthritis.
