动态矫正衣结合常规康复训练对小脑卒中共济失调患者平衡及步行能力的影响

摘要：

      摘要 目的：探讨动态矫正衣结合常规共济失调康复训练对小脑性共济失调患者平衡及步行能力的影响。 方法：将40例小脑卒中患者随机分为常规共济失调康复训练组（对照组）和动态矫正衣结合常规共济失调康复训练组（试验组），每组20例。对照组采用常规共济失调康复训练，试验组在穿戴动态矫正衣的情况下进行常规共济失调康复训练，共观察6周。治疗前后分别采用世界神经病联合会国际合作共济失调量表（ICARS）、Berg平衡量表（BBS）、3m起立-行走测试（3m TUGT）、10m步行速度测试（10M WST）和MBI对两组患者进行评估。 结果：经6周治疗，两组患者的ICARS、3M TUGT、10M WST、BBS及MBI评分均较治疗前明显改善（P＜0.05），且治疗后试验组各项评分均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论：与常规共济失调康复训练相比，动态矫正衣结合常规共济失调康复训练可更好地改善小脑卒中伴共济失调患者的共济失调症状、平衡及步行能力，提高患者的生存质量。

Abstract:

      Abstract Objective: To explore the effect of OrthoSuit combined with routine ataxia rehabilitation training on balance and walking ability in patients with ataxia after cerebellar stroke. Method: Forty patients with cerebellar stroke were randomly divided into two groups: routine ataxia rehabilitation training group (control group) and OrthoSuit combined routine ataxia rehabilitation training group (experimental group). The control group was treated with routine ataxia rehabilitation training, and the experimental group was trained with OrthoSuit combined routine ataxia rehabilitation training for 6 weeks. Before and after treatment, the International Cooperative Ataxia Rating Scale, Berg Balance Scale, 3-meter Timed Up and Go Test, 10-metre Walking Speed Test and MBI were used to evaluate the two groups. Result: After 6 weeks of treatment, the ICARS, 3M TUGT, 10M WST, BBS, and MBI scores of the two groups were significantly improved (P＜0.05), and the scores of the experimental group was better than those of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Compared with the routine ataxia rehabilitation training, OrthoSuit combined with routine ataxia rehabilitation training can better improve the ataxia symptoms, balance and walking ability, QOL of patients with ataxia after cerebellar stroke.
