      摘要 目的:探讨推桥弓及颈动脉粥样硬化对家兔颈动脉血流动力学的影响。 方法:将40只家兔随机分为实验组(n=10),模型对照组(n=10),手法对照组(n=10)及空白对照组(n=10)。实验组进行颈动脉粥样硬化造模及手法干预,模型对照组仅进行颈动脉粥样硬化造模,手法对照组仅进行手法干预,空白对照组仅作对照,不做任何干预。检测4组家兔在不同干预后颈动脉血流动力学指标的变化。 结果:颈动脉粥样硬化造模后,推桥弓手法会影响颈动脉收缩期峰值血流速度(PSV),舒张末期血流速度(EDV)及血管搏动指数(PI);实验组的PSV值与EDV值均分别低于模型对照组与手法对照组(P<0.05);而实验组的阻力指数(RI)值和PI值均分别高于模型对照组与手法对照组(P<0.05);手法对照组与空白对照组各指标均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。 结论:推桥弓手法会影响颈动脉粥样硬化家兔的颈动脉血流变化,但对正常家兔无明显影响。

Abstract:
      Abstract Objective: To explore effects of pushing on Qiaogong and carotid artery atherosclerosis on hemodynamics of carotid artery in rabbits. Method: Forty rabbits were randomly divided into four groups: experimental group(n=10), model control group(n=10), manual control group(n=10) and blank control group(n=10). In the experimental group, both manual therapy and carotid atherosclerosis modeling were performed. Model control group only performed carotid atherosclerosis modeling. Manual control group only performed the therapy of pushing on Qiaogong. Blank control group only as controlling, without any intervention. Then we detected the change of carotid artery hemodynamics in the four groups which were given different interventions. Result: After the modeling of carotid artery atherosclerosis, the therapy of pushing on Qiaogongwouldaffect the peak systolic blood flow velocity(PSV),end diastolic velocity(EDV) and pulsatility index(PI) in carotid artery. The PSV and EDV in the experimental group were both lower than those in the model control group and manual control group, respectively(P<0.05). The resistance index (RI) and PI in the experimental group were both higher than those in the model control group and manual control group, respectively(P<0.05).There were no statistical differences in all hemodynamics indicators between the manual control group and blank control group(P>0.05). Conclusion: Pushing on Qiaogong can affect carotid artery blood flow in rabbits with carotid atherosclerosis, but not affect the normal rabbits.
