基于《国际功能、残疾和健康分类（ICF）》的康复信息平台设计与实践初探

摘要：

      摘要 目的：以《国际功能、残疾和健康分类（ICF）》为框架，设计并实现以康复医学服务为中心的信息化管理平台。 方法：通过分析康复专科业务的方法论特点和逻辑特征，提出康复信息化的基本原则。在此基础上，采用ASP.NET、Javascript、Css和HTML技术，开发康复信息化平台。通过在综合医院康复医学科的实际应用，对平台及其业务模式进行验证。 结果：经过1年的运行，所建平台全面嵌入康复业务流程，实现日程安排无纸化、治疗方案ICF框架化、治疗记录数字化和设备维护自动化，并初步在教学和科研方向实现平台模块延伸。 结论：康复信息化平台可以实现综合医院康复医学科的医疗、教学和科研管理一体化，并且可对专业服务实现持续记录、追踪和改进，具有优化康复服务，升级行业生态的远景价值。

Abstract:

      Abstract: Objective: To implant the framework of International Classification of Function, Disability and Health (ICF) into the rehabilitation-service-based information management platform. Method: By considering methodological features and analyzing logical properties in the field of rehabilitation medicine, we designed fundamentals for informatization. This novel information platform was built and written on ASP.NET, Javascript, CSS and HTML website languages. We made the schemes without paperwork, proposed the therapeutic strategies under the ICF framework, recorded the therapeutic procedures in the digital format, and managed the devices in an automatic method. Furthermore, we developed additional modules for the education and the research purposes. Result: We have operated this novel information platform successfully for one year in our department of rehabilitation. Conclusion: Rehabilitation information system can integrate the clinical practices into both the education tasks and scientific researches in the general hospital rehabilitation department. It will be possible for this system to achieve a better ecosystem of rehabilitation services in the future with continuous recording, tracing and improving professional practices.
