糜蛋白酶离子导入治疗先天性肌性斜颈的效果

摘要：

      目的：观察糜蛋白酶离子导入治疗对改善先天性肌性斜颈患儿颈部活动的治疗作用。方法： 将70例符合入选条件的先天性肌性斜颈患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组进行糜蛋白酶离子导入、等幅中频电疗和手法牵伸治疗，对照组只进行等幅中频电疗和手法牵伸治疗；在治疗开始、治疗1个月后、治疗2个月后分别测量患儿被动的健侧侧屈、患侧旋转的角度，治疗结束时评估疗效及治疗时间。结果：入选时治疗组与对照组的各项差异无显著性意义（P>0.05），经过1个月、2个月治疗后，治疗组患儿被动健侧侧屈、患侧旋转的角度均明显大于对照组 （P<0.05），治疗结束时，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P<0.05），治疗组治疗时间明显短于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：糜蛋白酶离子导入治疗可以促进先天性肌性斜颈患儿临床症状的改善。

Abstract:

      Objective: To study the effect of chymotrypsin iontophoresis on congenital muscular torticollis(CMT) of infants. Method：Seventy infants with congenital muscular torticollis were divided randomly into a treatment group and a control group. Manual stretching and undamped medium frequency electrotherapy were applied in both groups. In addition, chymotrypsin iontophoresis was administrated only in treatment group. Range of motion for neck side-flexion and rotation were examined at the beginning of treatment and 1month，2 months after treatment. At the end of treatment, the overall results according to a scoring system and duration of treatment were graded. Result: There was no significant difference between two groups at admission(P>0.05). Compared with control group, in treatment group range of motion for neck side-flexion and rotation and the overall results improved significantly after treatment(P<0.05), and durations of treatment were shortor(P<0.05). Conclusion: Chymotrypsin iontophoresis is a helpful clinic approach for infants with CMT.
