| 目的：研究射频消融联合臭氧介入治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法：将231例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为3组，分别进行射频消融、臭氧介入和两者联合治疗，采用视觉模拟评分（VAS）和（MacNab）标准分析3种方法的疗效。结果：比较231例腰椎间盘突出症患者术后不同时间的疗效，MacNab标准分析结果，联合组优良率明显高于其他2组（P＜0.05）；VAS评分后，联合组均明显优于射频组和臭氧组（P＜0.05）。结论：射频消融联合臭氧介入治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著，是一种临床上值得推广的好方法。 |

| Objective: To observe the effects of radiofrequency thermocoagulation combined with ozone injection in treatment for lumbar disc herniation. Method: A total of 231 cases with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into 3 groups, treated with radiofrequency ablation, ozone injection and radiofrequency-ozone combined intervention respectively. The effects were assessed with visual analoque scale(VAS) and MacNab. Result: The assessment of VAS and MacNab showed the effect in combined intervention group was better than that in radiofrequency group and ozone group at different times after surgery (P<0.05). Conclusion: Radiofrequency thermocoagulation combined with ozone injection is an effective treatment for lumbar disc herniation and can be used in clinic. |
