影响综合康复治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效的危险因素逻辑回归分析

摘要：

      目的: 探讨影响综合康复治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效的危险因素，为提高临床疗效提供依据。方法: 2005年1月至2008年6月应用综合康复治疗的251例神经根型颈椎病患者，对可能影响其疗效的危险因素进行逻辑回归分析。结果:综合康复治疗神经根型颈椎病的阳性率（临床治愈+显效）为81%。通过逻辑回归分析发现：年龄、是否伴有颈椎骨质增生、椎间孔是否变窄，以及是否有不良工作体位等是影响其疗效的危险因素。结论：为提高临床治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效，对上述影响疗效的危险因素应尽早采取防治措施。

Abstract:

      Objective:To explore the influence of risk factors on the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy in treating radicular type cervical spondylopathy. Method: Two hundred and fifty-one patients with radicular type cervical spondylopathy were applied with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy from January 2005 to June 2008. Afterwards, a logistic regression analysis was performed about the risk factors which influenced the therapeutic effect. Result: The rehabilitation rate of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy was 81%. The logictic regression analysis showed there were four risk factors affecting the effect, including age, cervical vertebral hyperosteogeny, narrowing intervertebral foramina, long-term bad neck posture. Conclusion: In order to improve the clinical curative effect on treating radicular type cervical spondylopathy, the preventive measures for avoiding the risk factors should be taken as early as possible.
