| 摘要
目的:测量轻度认知障碍患者进行言语流畅性任务(verbal fluency task,VFT)期间的血流动力学反应,试图找到可以作为预测痴呆的筛查工具。
方法:近红外脑功能成像(functional near-infrared spectroscopy,fNIRS)可以检测大脑中的血氧变化,从而揭示患者的脑功能活动状态,用来研究轻度认知障碍的大脑功能水平。本研究应用fNIRS评估了MCI患者和健康对照组前额叶区域的血流动力学反应。
结果:发现MCI组前额叶脑区的血流动力学反应显著降低。
结论:前额叶脑区血流动力学反应降低可以作为痴呆症的诊断生物标志物。 |

| Abstract
Objective: To establish the haemodynamic response during the verbal fluency task (VFT) in patients with MCI and to find a screening tool that could be used as a predictor of dementia.
Method: Functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) can detect changes in blood oxygen in the brain, thus revealing the patient's functional brain activity status, and is used to study the level of brain function in MCI. We evaluated the hemodynamic response in the prefrontal and temporal regions of MCI patients and healthy controls in our study.
Result: The results found a significantly reduced haemodynamic response in the prefrontal brain regions in the MCI group.
Conclusion: The results suggested that a reduced haemodynamic response in the prefrontal brain regions could be used as a diagnostic biomarker for dementia. |
