摘要：

      摘要 目的：通过构建康复科住院患者基于国际功能、残疾和健康分类康复组合（international classification of functioning， disability and health-rehabilitation set， ICF-RS）的群体健康画像，以呈现患者功能特征及规律，为制定康复方案提供证据。 方法：通过多中心采集不同医院康复科住院患者的基本信息及ICF-RS的数据共988例，运用因子分析和K-Means聚类分析方法，构建患者ICF-RS功能的群体健康画像。 结果：康复科住院患者提取的公因子为自我感受表现、运动能力表现、生活自理表现、社会交往表现因子，功能障碍特征可划分为临界功能障碍、 轻度功能障碍、 中度功能障碍和重度功能障碍。 结论：健康画像可被应用于康复领域，用于挖掘患者健康信息数据，把握群体特征及趋势，辅助康复策略的制定。

Abstract:

      Abstract Objective： The group health portrait of inpatients in the rehabilitation department based on the international classification of functioning， disability and health-rehabilitation set（ICF-RS） was constructed to present the functional characteristics and rules of patients， and provide evidence for the formulation of rehabilitation programs. Method： The basic information and ICF-RS functional data of 988 inpatients in rehabilitation departments of different hospitals were collected through a multi-center study. Factor analysis and K-Means cluster analysis were used to construct the ICF-RS functional group health portrait of patients. Result： The common factors extracted from the inpatients in the rehabilitation department were self-feeling performance factors， motor ability performance factors， self-care performance factors， and social interaction performance factors. The functional characteristics could be divided into critical dysfunction， mild dysfunction， moderate dysfunction， and severe dysfunction. Conclusion： Health portrait can be applied to the field of rehabilitation to mine patients' health information data， grasp the group characteristics and trends， and assist the formulation of rehabilitation strategies.
