      摘要 目的:探讨网络化认知行为干预(internet-based cognitive-behavioral therapy, iCBT)对全膝关节置换患者运动恐惧水平及康复的影响。 方法:将142例全膝关节置换患者随机分为对照组、试验组,对照组采用常规护理干预;试验组在常规护理基础上采用iCBT干预;比较两组患者在术后第3天、14天、1个月、3个月的运动恐惧水平、康复自我效能感水平及膝关节功能。 结果:试验组与对照组比较,患者术后第3天、14天、1个月、3个月的恐动评分、康复自我效能评分及膝关节功能评分差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。 结论:iCBT干预缓解了全膝关节置换患者运动恐惧水平,提高了患者康复自我效能感,促进了膝关节功能的恢复。

Abstract:
      Abstract Objective: To investigate the effects of internet-based cognitive-behavioral therapy(iCBT) on kinesiophobla and rehabilitation outcomes in patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty. Method: A total of 142 patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the experimental group received iCBT intervention in addition to routine car. General data questionnaire, Tampa Scale of Kinesiophobia, Self-Efficacy for Rehabilitation Outcome Scale and Hospital for Special Surgery knee score were assessed on postoperative day 2, day 14, at 1 month and 3 months. Result: Between the two groups, there were statistically significant differences in the kinesiophobia score, rehabilitation self-efficacy score and knee function score at the 3rd day, 14th day, 1 month and 3 months after operation in the experimental group (P<0.05). Conclusion: iCBT intervention can alleviate the level of kinesiophobla, improve rehabilitation self-efficacy and promote the recovery of knee function in patients after total knee arthroplasty.
