| 摘要
目的:基于经筋理论探讨自制功能性顶穴带刺激经筋结点应用于步行训练后对偏瘫患者下肢运动功能、平衡能力以及步行能力的影响。
方法:2023年8月—2024年7月,福建中医药大学附属康复医院物理治疗部脑卒中痉挛性偏瘫患者60例,随机分为两组,试验组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),两组均接受常规肢体训练与步行训练,对照组步行时仅缠绕弹力带,试验组步行过程中佩戴功能性顶穴带,共4周。干预前后均采用Fugl-Meyer评定量表下肢部分(FMA-LE)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)、计时“起立-行走”测试(TUGT)、10m最大步行速度(10MWS)和患侧下肢跨步长(SLALL)进行评定。
结果:治疗后,两组FMA-LE、BBS、TUGT、10MWS和SLALL均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。
结论:自制功能性顶穴带刺激经筋结点可改善脑卒中痉挛性偏瘫患者的肢体运动功能、平衡功能与步行能力。 |

| Abstract
Objective: To explore the effects of meridian theory-based self-made functional parietal point band to stimulate meridian nodes during walking training on lower limb motor function, balance, and walking ability in post-stroke patients with spastic hemiplegia.
Method: From August 2023 to July 2024, 60 cases of stroke patients with spastic hemiplegia from the Physical Therapy Department of Rehabilitation Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into an experimental group (n=30) and a control group (n=30). The patients in both groups received routine limb training and walking training. The patients in the control group were only wrapped with an elastic band while walking,and the patients in the experimental group wore functional acupoint straps during walking for a total of 4 weeks. Before and after the intervention, the Fugl-Meyer assessment scale for lower extremities (FMA-LE), Berg balance scale (BBS), timed "up and go" test (TUGT), 10 meter walking speed (10MWS), and the stride length of the affected lower limb (SLALL) were used to evaluate the walking performance.
Result: After treatment, all outcome measures (FMA-LE, BBS, TUGT, 10MWS, and SLALL) in both groups showed significant improvements compared with those before treatment (P<0.05),with greater improvements in the experimental group than the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion: The self-made functional parietal point band stimulating the meridian nodes can improve limb motor function, balance function, and walking ability of stroke patients with spastic hemiplegia. |
