      摘要 目的:研究跑台运动训练对脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury, SCI)后肺损伤的保护作用及其潜在机制。 方法:本研究通过建立SCI大鼠模型,分组进行不同干预处理。实验组大鼠接受跑台运动训练,对照组大鼠则未进行运动干预。通过检测肺组织中炎症因子TNF-α,IL-6的表达、PI3K/AKT/mTOR信号通路的表达及肺部自噬水平,评估运动训练对SCI后肺损伤的影响。 结果:与对照组相比,跑台运动训练显著降低了SCI后肺部炎症因子的表达,激活了PI3K/AKT/mTOR信号通路,并促进了肺部自噬。 结论:跑台运动训练通过激活PI3K/AKT/mTOR信号通路并促进肺部自噬减轻SCI后的肺损伤。

Abstract:
      Abstract Objective: To investigate the protective effects of treadmill exercise training on lung injury following spinal cord injury (SCI) and its potential underlying mechanisms. Method: A rat model of SCI was established and randomly divided into different intervention groups. The experimental group underwent treadmill exercise training,while the control group received no exercise intervention. Lung tissue was analyzed for the expression of inflammatory factors TNF-α and IL-6, the activity of the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase /protein kinase B /mammalian target of rapamycin(PI3K/AKT/mTOR) signaling pathway,and the level of autophagy. These measures were used to assess the impact of exercise training on lung injury post-SCI. Result: Compared to the control group, treadmill exercise training significantly reduced the expression of inflammatory factors in the lungs post-SCI, activated the PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway, and promoted lung autophagy in lung tissue. Conclusion: Treadmill exercise training can mitigate lung injury after SCI by activating the PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway and promoting autophagy in lung tissue.
