      摘要 目的:探讨水中平衡训练对脑梗死患者平衡功能的影响。 方法:将55例脑梗死患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组(29例)和对照组(26例)。对照组采用仅限陆地的康复治疗,治疗组采用水中平衡训练联合陆地的康复治疗。每周5次,每次60min,共治疗6周。分别于治疗前、治疗6周后对2组患者采用Berg平衡量表测试、起立步行测试、2min步行测试和步态分析以评定患者的平衡能力和下肢步行功能。并分别测量两组患者于治疗前、治疗后尽最大努力进行患侧踝背伸动作时胫前肌的积分肌电值(iEMG)。 结果:治疗前2组患者的各项评价指标评定差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);治疗8周后,两组患者上述指标较治疗前均有所改善(P<0.05),且与对照组相比,观察组的Berg平衡量表评分[(45.10±9.30)分]、起立步行测试[(27.17±6.69)秒]、2min步行测试[(94.00±17.39)m],步态分析中健侧步长[(39.34±15.46)cm]、患侧步长[(38.38±12.58)cm]、步速[(78.17±17.19)cm/s]、步宽[(9.76±2.54)cm]、步频[(80.31±19.29)步/min]和积分肌电值[(61.31±12.80)μV·s]的改善程度较对照组显著(P<0.05)。 结论:水中平衡训练可改善脑梗死患者的平衡功能。

Abstract:
      Abstract Objective:To investigate the effects of under water balance exercise training on balance and walking function of cerebral infarction patients. Method:Totally 55 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group (n=29) and control group (n=26). The patients in the control group were treated with terrestrial rehabilitation therapy only. The patients in the treatment group were treated with under water balance exercise training combined with terrestrial rehabilitation therapy for 6 weeks, 5 times a week,60 minutes per time. The patients in the two groups were tested with Berg Balance Scale (BBS), Timed Up and Go Test (TUG), 2 Minute Walk Test (2MWT),gait analysis and integral electromyography (iEMG) of tibial anterior muscle before and after 6 week treatment to assess patients' balance ability and walking function. Result:There was no significant difference in standard assessment (P>0.05). But after 8 weeks treatment, the above indexes of the two groups improved (P<0.05) compared with the control group, The scores of BBS, TUG, 2MWT, iEMG, gait analysis indexes in the observation group significantly more improved than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Water balance training can improve balance function of cerebral infarction patients’.
