居家有氧运动对肝癌肝动脉化疗栓塞术患者症状群的干预研究

摘要：

      摘要 目的：探讨居家有氧运动对行肝动脉化疗栓塞术（TACE）的肝癌患者疼痛—疲乏—睡眠障碍症状群和生活质量的影响。 方法：便利抽样选取2018年1月—2019年12月在南通市某三甲医院治疗的183例肝癌TACE患者，分成运动组和对照组。对照组接受常规治疗和定期访视，运动组在对照组的基础上接受3个月的居家有氧运动。采用数字疼痛评分法、疲乏量表、彼得堡睡眠指数、肝癌患者生命质量测定量表对两组干预效果进行评估。 结果：运动组82例、对照组85例完成研究。干预后，运动组疼痛、疲乏、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数、生活质量得分与对照组相比，差异均具有显著性意义（P＜0.05）。 结论：居家有氧运动可以改善肝癌TACE患者的疼痛—疲乏—睡眠障碍症状群，提高其生活质量。

Abstract:

      Abstract Objective：To explore the effect of home-based aerobic exercise on the pain-fatigue-sleeping syndrome and quality of life of hepatocarcinoma patients after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE). Method： By convenience sampling method， 183 hepatocarcinoma patients treated with TACE between January 2018 to December 2019 from a tertiary hospital in Nantong were divided into the control group and exercise group. The control group received routine nursing and regular follow-up， while the exercise group carried out 3 months home-based aerobic exercise. The numerical rating scale， the Fatigue Scale-14， the Pittsburgh sleep quality index and the Quality of Life-liver Cancer were used to evaluate the efficacy of the two groups. Result： Eighty-two patients in the exercise group and 85 patients in the control group completed this study. After 3 months intervention， compared with the control group， the scores of pain， fatigue， sleep quality and quality of life in the exercise group were statistically significant better (all P<0.05). Conclusion： Home-based aerobic exercise could alleviate pain-fatigue-sleeping syndrome and improve the quality of life of hepatocarcinoma patients after TACE.
