摘要
目的:探讨由不同动作组成的两种不同强度运动形式对于超重女青年体成分、心肺功能和血脂的影响。
方法:招募符合条件的受试者,随机分为高强度间歇训练组(high-intensity interval training group,HIIT)和中等强度持续训练组(moderate-intensity continuous training group,MICT),采用由6个动作组成的运动方案,分别进行3次/周、每次45min,为期10周的不同强度运动干预。在试验干预前后,分别测试被试身高、体重、体成分、最大摄氧量(VO2max)、安静心率、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)等指标。
结果:①10周运动干预后,两组受试者体重、腰臀比、BMI、体脂肪、体脂率较干预前降低,骨骼肌和基础代谢升高,且差异具有显著性(P<0.05),相比MICT组,HIIT组在改善体重、BMI、体脂肪、体脂百分比、骨骼肌和基础代谢率等方面都更具优势(P<0.05);②10周运动干预后,2组受试者VO2max和HDL-C升高,安静心率、TC、TG、LDL-C均降低,且这种变化具有显著性差异(P<0.05),相比MICT组,HIIT组在改善VO2max和LDL-C效果更具优势(P<0.05)。
结论:10周不同动作组成的不同强度运动形式对超重青年女性的心肺功能、身体成分和血脂均有改善作用,相同锻炼时长下,HIIT在改善体成分等方面效果更好。 |

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effects of two different forms of exercise with different intensity on body composition, cardiopulmonary function and blood lipid of overweight female youth.
Method: The eligible subjects were recruited and randomly divided into the high-intensity interval training group (HIIT) and the moderate-intensity continuous training group (MICT). The exercise program consisting of 6 movements was conducted for 45 min each time, 3 times per week, for 10 weeks. The height, weight, body composition, VO2max, resting heart rate, total serum TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C were measured before and after exercise intervention.
Result: ①Body weight,waist-hip ratio,BMI,body fat,body fat percentage of subjects in both groups significantly decreased, and skeletal muscle and basal metabolic rate increased after the 10-week exercise intervention than before (all findings P<0.05). Compared to the MICT group,the HIIT group had more effect in the improvement of body weight, BMI, fat percentage, skeletal muscle and basal metabolic rate(all findings P<0.05). ②The values of VO2max, HDL-C in both groups significantly increased,and the resting heart rate, TC, TG, LDL-C decreased in both groups after the 10-week exercise intervention than before(all findings P<0.05). Compared to MICT group,HIIT group was more effective in improving VO2max and LDL-C (all findings P<0.05).
Conclusion:Different forms of exercise with different intensity for 10 weeks can improve the cardiopulmonary function, body composition and plasma lipid in overweight young women. For the same exercise duration,HIIT has a better effect on improving body composition and other aspects. |
