      摘要 目的:探究镜像诱导强化吞咽运动想象(motor imagery of swallowing,MIS)激活吞咽相关脑区的证据。 方法:入组健康青年右利手受试者7例,使用青年男女吞咽视频作为刺激素材诱导吞咽运动想象,镜像诱导条件下的吞咽运动想象测次为试验组,无诱导的吞咽运动想象测次为对照组,每组各40个测次。应用脑磁图(MEG)检测不同条件下吞咽运动想象任务在全脑的事件相关同步/去同步(event-related synchronization/desynchronization,ERS/ERD)。 结果:在0—10s的任务时间窗内,对照组和试验组在全脑水平均出现了大范围的ERS模式。相较于对照组,试验组吞咽相关部分脑区在α和β频带呈现更为显著的ERS模式。显著激活的脑区主要集中在双侧额叶和颞叶,少量出现于双侧枕叶和边缘叶、右侧顶叶及左侧岛叶。 结论:与无诱导的吞咽运动想象训练相比,镜像刺激下的吞咽运动想象能够显著激活吞咽相关功能脑区,提示镜像诱导可能对吞咽运动想象具有启动效应,提升了训练的质量和效果,为吞咽运动想象在临床治疗中的应用和改进提供依据。

Abstract:
      Abstract Objective: To explore the evidence of mirror induction intensify motor imagery of swallowing (MIS) activating swallowing related brain regions. Method: Seven healthy right-handed young adults were enrolled, and motor imagery of swallowing was induced by swallowing videos of young men and women. The trials of motor imagery of swallowing under mirror-induced condition were the experimental group, and the trials of motor imagery of swallowing without induction were the control group. Magnetoencephalography(MEG) was used to detect event-related synchronization/desynchronization(ERS/ERD) of motor imagery of swallowing tasks in the whole brain under different conditions. Result: During the 0- to 10-seconds time windows of the tasks, both the control group and the experimental group showed a wide range of ERS activation pattern at the whole brain level. In the α and β bands,some brain regions associated with swallowing showed significant ERS pattern in the experimental group than in the control group. The brain regions of significant activation was mainly gathered in bilateral frontal and temporal lobes,a small amount of them appeared in bilateral occipital and limbic lobe,right parietal lobe and left insula lobe. Conclusion: Compared with non-induced motor imagery of swallowing training, mirror-induced motor imagery of swallowing significantly activates swallowing-related functional brain regions, suggesting that mirror induction may have a priming effect on motor imagery of swallowing and improve the quality and effect of training. Our study provides the basis for the application and improvement of motor imagery of swallowing in clinical treatment.
